Arizona Mobile Notary Services®

Reenie (Irene) Gentile, Founder

Hi, I’m Reenie Gentile. In 2011, I became an Arizona notary public again after 30 years.

It seems banks don’t provide this service as readily as they used to and have a limited scope of notary services they are allowed and able to perform exclusively for their clients. Sure, many banks have a notary public on staff, but they seem to be off the day you need them or out to lunch. Many documents that typically need notarization cannot be done by a bank employee.

In fact, I had a notary application renewed and notarized at a bank. The notary public filled in the wrong dates and I had to start the process all over again! It was frustrating and time consuming. This reinforced in me the requirement to detail all notaries must have, and cannot be taken for granted.

We are not the least expensive and our service is not free, but we guarantee we do it right. Our notaries are highly trained in proper notary rules and statutes to complete your documents right the first time. In the event we make an error, we promise to come back and fix it, free of charge.
Thank you for reading my information and please contact me personally, with any questions you may have.

A Little About Our History

In the mid-1980s I worked as an office administrator for a consultant that needed a notary public for many of his government bids and contracts. I became a notary public exclusively to notarize my boss’s documents and when that job ended, I did not think any more about being a notary public and let my notary commission lapse.
That was until my mom was at a rehab facility due to a nasty fall that broke her hip.
Mom needed healthcare and financial documents signed and notarized, but she was bedridden at the time. One of the employees at the rehab, a social worker, handed me a yellow post-it-note with a phone number scribbled on it. She told me that the number was for a ‘mobile notary.’
I had never heard of such a thing before! “Really?” I asked, curiously. Wow! What a novel and convenient idea! I was extremely impressed and intrigued. A mobile notary public that would come right to Mom’s bedside and notarize the documents she so urgently needed.
How convenient it is to have the notary come to you instead of making a special trip to see them, especially under circumstances such as this. And today, now more than ever, it can be difficult to find a notary public when you want or need one.
That is just one of the reasons why I became a notary public again in 2011 and founded Arizona Mobile Notary Services®. After that incident with my own mom’s ailing health, there were other incidents where ‘mobile notary’ came up, over, and over again. For example, when I refinanced my home, a mobile notary met me at the title agency. Their escrow officer was on vacation and they told me they typically used mobile notaries for loan closings.
After a while, I simply knew this was something I was interested in, with my administrative, teaching, financial, and professional background.

I have been a mobile notary ever since. I love taking all the stress and hassle out of notarizing documents for my clients. I can meet you at your home, office, in the daytime, evening, and occasionally on weekends. We provide these services to a large area around and including Maricopa County.

We can also perform RON (remote online notary) services now as well, accommodating people around the world! In fact, some of my recent RON clients have been in Australia, Colombia, and Mexico, as well as California, and Yavapai County. Some of these documents also need Apostille services and I can assist with that as well.

We mainly operate Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM and occasionally on weekends.

We know many of the statutes and procedures required for different documents, from Arizona as well as other states. If we do not know how to do it, we will first investigate it with you and for you in order to assure it’s done accurately and correctly by our notaries.
