RON (remote online notary) is the only “contactless” notary that is available.  I will need information from you to see if you and your documents qualify for RON.

NOTE: In some instances, a substitute form of ID qualification can be made but it is uncommon.

If you can answer “Yes” to the following questions, then you will most likely qualify for RON and can complete the ID process using the DocVerify platform:
  • Are you 18 years of age or older?
  • Do you have a social security number?
  • Do you have a US MVD Driver License, US MVD State ID or US Passport Book?   NOTE: Passport cards are not accepted for ID verification
  • Do you have at least five (5) years of US credit history?
  • Are you a US citizen?
  • You must also have a US phone number with text message capabilities.  This is very important and is needed to complete the identity verification as you will be required to take a picture of your US ID card.
Other items needed:
  • Laptop, desktop or mobile device (ie; iPad)
  • Chrome, Firefox or Safari (version 11 or higher) browser
  • A camera and microphone on the device that is accessible by the browser.
  • Permission for the browser to access the camera and microphone.
  • Each signer MUST have their own device and unique email address.
  • High-speed Internet access.
If you meet the above criteria, I will need to review your document to give you a price quote. The quote is determined on signatures and if any setup is needed in order to notarize.

1. You send me the documents, preferably in an editable format (word is best, pdf is not as editable but will do) so I can update the notary section for signing along with name, cell phone and email address of the signer(s). Once I view the documents, I can give you an accurate quote. You can also look at the fees page link.

2. Make payment in the form of Zelle, PayPal or credit card over the phone.

3. I upload your documents onto the platform. (I get charged when doing this so payment is required in advance)

4. When I upload the documents for editing and notarizing, a link is sent to the email of the signer(s).

5. Signer(s) click through the email link, answer security questions and upload the ID verification pics (selfie, front/back of driver license) through the link.

Please see videos on how to do this, below.

6. I get notification when the signer is “approved” and verified.

NOTE: In some instances where the signers cannot qualify for ID, steps 5 and 6 are replaced with different steps for ID verification. This is on an individual case basis only and not common.

7. We set a time to notarize the document. This can be done within minutes of approval or days or weeks later, depending on the client’s schedule.

8. The documents are virtually notarized and as soon as we disconnect, the notarized document(s) is/are sent to the email of the client(s).

Please contact me if you have any questions after reviewing this information and watching the videos below.

Thank you

Downloadable Forms & Instructions

Print and complete the appropriate Power of Attorney or miscellaneous form(s) you need from the link below. You can type in the information on the pdf form before printing it out. The informational pages attached to most of the forms are not necessary to print out for your notary appointment.

If you do not have a printer, we can print forms for you for a fee.

These forms must be signed in front of a Notary Public and in some cases require a witness in the State of Arizona. If you cannot find the form you need, your notary public may be able to provide one for you.

Note: Notaries Public do not practice law and cannot give you any legal advice. We do not create legal documents. Any forms furnished from this site or by any notary public representing Arizona Mobile Notary Services® are reprinted forms typically from a state agency or from a legal office or financial institution.

*DNR forms must be printed on orange paper which your notary public may be able to provide for you at your appointment, free of charge.
